Job Description

TAG Heuer is a leader in luxury Swiss watches and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the end-to-end supply chain process, from product planning and sourcing through to distribution and customer service. You will also ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and that our products are delivered on time, on budget, and in perfect condition.To be successful in this position, you must have an in-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, with at least five years’ experience in a similar role. You must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail and quality. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end supply chain process from product planning and sourcing through to distribution and customer service.
  2. Analyze and monitor supply chain performance metrics and deliver improvements as required.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth flow of products and services.
  4. Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Manage supplier contracts and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  6. Oversee the procurement and distribution of materials and products to meet customer demand.
  7. Ensure that products are delivered on time, on budget, and in perfect condition.
  8. Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
