Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  2. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize store profits.
  3. Develop and implement plans to increase customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations.
  6. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and promotions.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address any issues.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is adequately replenished.
  9. Manage store operations, including budgets, scheduling, and staff performance.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve efficiency.
