Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join the TAG Heuer team and lead our new store to success. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with an in-depth knowledge of the watch and jewelry industry, an excellent customer service attitude, and a passion for the TAG Heuer brand.The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a leadership role in one of the world’s most prestigious watch brands.To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in retail management and/or sales. An understanding of the watch and jewelry industry, experience with visual merchandising, and strong customer service skills are also required. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store • Manage and motivate store staff • Ensure achievement of store sales targets • Ensure customer satisfaction • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management • Implement new strategies to increase sales • Keep up to date with changes in the watch and jewelry industry • Regularly review store performance and develop plans to improve sales • Oversee store security and compliance with health and safety regulations • Monitor customer service standards and ensure staff adhere to company policies
