Job Description

As a leader in the luxury watch industry, TAG Heuer is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented IT Workplace Lead to join our team and help drive our IT strategy forward. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, maintenance, and operation of our workplace IT systems. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in an IT role, with a focus on workplace IT. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and be experienced with system analysis, networking, and systems security. Additionally, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. If you are passionate about technology and have a proven track record of success in the IT field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning, installation, maintenance, and operation of TAG Heuer's workplace IT systems.
  2. Analyze system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and take corrective action as needed.
  3. Monitor and maintain IT security systems to ensure the safety of data and systems.
  4. Create and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  5. Develop and implement IT strategies to improve system performance and efficiency.
  6. Liaise with vendors to source and purchase new IT equipment and software.
  7. Train and mentor junior IT staff.
  8. Provide technical support to end users.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
