Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

• Optimize and update website content for optimal user experience and SEO

• Monitor web analytics and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition

• Monitor the competition and develop strategies to stay ahead of the curve

• Manage customer service inquiries and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and objectives

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the e-commerce industry

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
