
Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

As a bilingual customer service specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to TAG Heuer's Spanish-speaking customers. Our ideal candidate should not only be a highly experienced customer service professional, but must also be a fluent Spanish speaker with the necessary cultural awareness and sensitivity to create meaningful connections with our Spanish-speaking customers. Required qualifications:• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills• Cultural sensitivity and awareness when dealing with Spanish-speaking customers• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software programs (i.e. CRM software)
Responsibilities: • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to TAG Heuer's Spanish-speaking customers. • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. • Identify and address customer needs in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of TAG Heuer products and services. • Monitor customer feedback and recommend strategies to improve customer service. • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. • Assist with other tasks as needed.
