  1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions guests may have.
  4. Prepare food items according to Taco Bell's standards and recipes.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  9. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of promotional offers and assist guests in redeeming them.
  10. Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any guest issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  12. Continuously strive to improve service and efficiency by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and cleanliness standards.
  14. Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  15. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Customer Service Experience: A Team Member - Service Champion Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries, Resolve Issues, And Provide Excellent Service.
