  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take and prepare accurate customer orders while adhering to company standards and procedures.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive dining experience for customers.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  5. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  6. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information to assist customers with their orders.
  7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
  8. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment for customers.
  9. Keep up to date with company promotions, policies, and procedures to accurately assist customers and provide a positive brand experience.
  10. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, reflecting the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.
  11. Complete all assigned tasks and duties accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team and restaurant.
  12. Attend and participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.
  13. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
  15. Be a reliable and punctual team member, showing up for scheduled shifts and being flexible with scheduling needs.
