  1. Provide excellent customer service to all late night customers.
  2. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Take orders and accurately input them into the point of sale system.
  4. Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in the dining area and kitchen.
  6. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  10. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to management.
  11. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
  12. Be knowledgeable about menu items and able to make recommendations to customers.
  13. Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional service during busy late night hours.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
