  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  2. Work as part of a team to maintain a fast-paced and efficient late night service.
  3. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
  5. Prepare food and beverages according to Taco Bell's standards and recipes.
  6. Ensure all food is fresh, hot, and presented to guests in a visually appealing manner.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
  8. Follow all safety and food handling procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
  10. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  11. Be knowledgeable about all menu items and able to answer any questions or make recommendations to guests.
  12. Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer service and overall guest satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In The Food Service Industry: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, Preferably In A Late-Night Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Provide Efficient Service.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Late-Night Service Champion, The Team Member Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Fellow Team Members. This Includes Taking Accurate Orders, Responding To Customer Inquiries, And Working Together With The Team To Ensure Smooth Operations.

  • Ability To Work Late-Night Hours: This Position Will Require Availability During Late-Night Hours, Typically From 10 Pm To 6 Am. Candidates Should Be Able To Work These Hours Consistently And Have A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Changes Or Additional Shifts.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: The Late-Night Service Champion Will Be Responsible For Providing A Positive Experience For Customers, Even During Late Hours. Candidates Should Have A Friendly And Approachable Demeanor, As Well As The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints Or Issues.

  • Team Player Mentality: Taco Bell Is Known For Its Strong Team Culture, And The Late-Night Service Champion Will Need To Work Closely With Their Colleagues To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Operation. Candidates Should Be Able To Collaborate And Support Their Team Members, As Well As Take Initiative When Needed.
