
Staff Product Manager (Loyalty)

- Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty program strategy for Taco Bell, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on loyalty program initiatives, including marketing, operations, and technology teams
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for program optimization and growth
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the loyalty program experience for customers
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for the loyalty program, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to customer loyalty to continuously improve the program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including franchisees and other departments, to drive program success
- Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the loyalty program, promoting its benefits and driving customer engagement and retention
- Develop and manage the loyalty program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver business results
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program execution and growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Loyalty Programs And Customer Retention Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches And Driving Business Growth.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
