11. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the overall operation of the restaurant.
12. Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, motivating and inspiring team members to meet and exceed goals.
13. Be knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
14. Maintain a good rapport with customers, ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
