- Lead and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Train and develop team members on Taco Bell's policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Motivate and inspire team members to provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness to maintain Taco Bell's standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and management to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs to meet business needs.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operations, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Uphold Taco Bell's brand standards and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Be a role model for team members by displaying a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints And Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
Prior Experience In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Guidelines, As Well As Proper Handling And Storage Of Ingredients.
