Job Description

As a Shift Leader at Taco Bell, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.   1. Lead and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Train and develop team members on Taco Bell's policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  3. Motivate and inspire team members to provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
  4. Monitor and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness to maintain Taco Bell's standards.
  5. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and management to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
  7. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  9. Create employee schedules and manage labor costs to meet business needs.
  10. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  11. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve operations, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  13. Uphold Taco Bell's brand standards and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  14. Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
  15. Be a role model for team members by displaying a positive and professional attitude at all times.
