
Shift Lead - Non-Driving

- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food and service provided meets or exceeds company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies and ingredients are stocked and available for the team to use.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all equipment and workstations are kept in proper working condition.
- Monitor and track sales and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Act as a role model for team members, exemplifying strong leadership skills, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service.
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Manage A Team.
Knowledge Of Taco Bell's Menu And Food Preparation Procedures.
Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints Or Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends.
