  1. Manage and supervise daily operations of the restaurant during designated shifts.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  3. Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  5. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies for the shift.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
  8. Assist in the hiring and training of new team members as needed.
  9. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share feedback, and address any concerns.
  10. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  12. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and menu changes to effectively communicate with guests.
  13. Lead by example and uphold company values, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the restaurant.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In A Leadership Role: Shift Leads At Taco Bell Are Responsible For Managing And Directing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Having Prior Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment, Is Essential.

This Includes Managing Orders, Handling Customer Complaints, And Delegating Tasks To Team Members While Maintaining A Sense Of Urgency.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Shift Leads Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Make Quick Decisions To Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During Their Shift. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills, The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure, And A Proactive Approach To Finding Solutions.
