- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including budget management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Relevant Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment Like Taco Bell.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Inspire A Team, With Proven Experience In Managing And Developing Employees.
Financial Acumen: Experience In Managing Budgets, Analyzing Financial Reports, And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Improve The Profitability Of The Restaurant.
Customer Service Orientation: A Deep Understanding Of The Importance Of Customer Satisfaction And Experience, With A Track Record Of Consistently Delivering Exceptional Service.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Team Members And Customers, And Maintain A Positive And Professional Demeanor At All Times.
