- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food quality, customer service, and employee management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
- Manage and train a team of employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Extensive Experience In Managing A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, With A Minimum Of 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Motivate And Train A Diverse Team Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Procedures, With Certification In Food Safety Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues Effectively.
