- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations at the restaurant, including but not limited to: customer service, food quality, staff management, and financial performance.
- Ensuring exceptional service is provided to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, following all health and safety regulations.
- Hiring, training, and managing a team of employees, including setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations and providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Creating and implementing marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Handling any customer or employee complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring and managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make strategic business decisions.
- Upholding company policies and procedures, including but not limited to food safety standards, employee conduct, and store cleanliness.
- Leading by example and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Restaurant Operations, Including Inventory Management, Scheduling, And Budgeting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment, While Maintaining A Positive Attitude.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations, As Well As Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.
