We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and help lead our restaurant to success. As the General Manager, you will oversee all operations and ensure that our guests receive the best dining experience possible.   1. Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including daily tasks, inventory management, and scheduling.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability.
  3. Train and coach team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and promoting employee morale.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company guidelines.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Monitor food and beverage quality and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback, and discuss ways to improve operations.
  9. Collaborate with other managers and departments to coordinate special events and promotions.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  11. Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food and labor costs.
  12. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations to improve operations.
  14. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
  15. Hire, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  16. Lead by example and uphold company values and standards.
  17. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  18. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and budget management.
  19. Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  20. Continuously strive to improve operations and provide the best possible dining experience for our guests.

Job Qualifications
