- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met and maintained at all times.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food, ensuring that it meets Taco Bell's standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Manage and maintain the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with other department heads and team members to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
- Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on restaurant performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
Previous Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Restaurant General Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team To Ensure Smooth Operations And Excellent Customer Service.
