  1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  4. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met and maintained at all times.
  5. Monitor and maintain the quality of food, ensuring that it meets Taco Bell's standards and regulations.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
  7. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  8. Manage and maintain the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
  9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  10. Collaborate with other department heads and team members to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
  11. Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on restaurant performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales, inventory, and employee schedules.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Food Industry.
