Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our restaurant. As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to create a positive and upbeat work environment while overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, and meet or exceed financial goals.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  4. Ensure the restaurant is operating in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and upbeat work environment for all employees, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
  7. Ensure that all customer complaints and concerns are addressed promptly and resolved to their satisfaction.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, promoting a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market to make informed business decisions.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote the restaurant and drive business growth.
  11. Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive profitability.
  12. Regularly review and update standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency in operations.
  13. Plan and oversee special events or promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  14. Maintain a high level of food quality and presentation, adhering to company standards and recipes.
  15. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address any issues, and ensure all employees are aligned with the restaurant's goals and objectives.
