  1. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Train and onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  5. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
  6. Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and supplies, to meet financial targets.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees to help them grow and improve.
  8. Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  12. Manage and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  14. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve operations, customer service, and employee satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Restaurant Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Fast-Paced Restaurant, Preferably In The Quick Service Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Employees, Delegate Tasks, And Handle Conflicts In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
