Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Fast Food Or Quick Service Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations, As Well As Experience With Inventory Management And Cost Control.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Maintain A Positive And Welcoming Atmosphere In The Restaurant.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Hospitality, Or A Related Field Is Preferred, But Not Required.
