  1. Oversee and manage all projects related to restaurant operations, including but not limited to menu changes, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during project execution.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the impact of projects on restaurant operations.
  7. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all restaurants.
  8. Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers and team members to ensure projects are successfully implemented and executed.
  9. Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess project implementation and address any operational issues.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize restaurant operations.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive success and achieve project goals.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  13. Represent Taco Bell in a professional manner and maintain a strong brand image at all times.
  14. Take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within restaurant operations.
  15. Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Operations Management And Experience In Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana.
