- Develop and execute strategic marketing programs to drive brand growth and increase sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key consumer insights and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of marketing programs, including budget, timeline, and execution.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, making necessary adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support program initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform program strategies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure consistent execution of marketing programs.
- Communicate program updates and results to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in program strategies and processes.
- Represent the Taco Bell brand and maintain brand standards in all marketing materials and communications.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to support overall marketing goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust program strategies accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns That Drive Sales And Brand Awareness.
