12. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team and across the organization.
13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote their professional development.
14. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety laws and regulations.
15. Represent Taco Bell in external audits and inspections related to food safety and quality assurance.
