- Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards are met for all Taco Bell products.
- Manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and operations, to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to food safety and quality assurance.
- Investigate and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet Taco Bell's quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for QA processes and ensure they are consistently followed.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focused on quality improvement and cost savings initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team and across the organization.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety laws and regulations.
- Represent Taco Bell in external audits and inspections related to food safety and quality assurance.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance And Software Testing, Preferably In The Food Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Testing Methodologies.
Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
