  1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure that all activities are in line with company standards and policies.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  4. Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, including scheduling shifts and providing performance evaluations.
  5. Monitor and control inventory levels, food costs, and labor costs to meet budgetary goals.
  6. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other managers and corporate team to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
  10. Set and achieve goals for the restaurant, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  12. Stay current on all Taco Bell menu items, promotions, and procedures to effectively train and educate employees.
  13. Motivate and mentor team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures for more efficient and effective operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A General Manager Should Possess Excellent Managerial Skills And Be Able To Lead A Team Effectively. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.

  • Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A General Manager Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Fast Food Or Restaurant Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Experience Will Provide Them With A Thorough Understanding Of The Operations, Customer Service, And Financial Aspects Of Running A Successful Restaurant.

  • Business Acumen: As The Head Of A Taco Bell Restaurant, A General Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Principles And Be Able To Manage The Restaurant's Finances, Inventory, And Sales Effectively. This Includes Budgeting, Cost Control, And The Ability To Analyze Financial Reports.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A General Manager Should Be An Effective Communicator, Able To Clearly Convey Instructions And Expectations To Their Team, As Well As Communicate With Customers And Higher Management. This Includes Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Taco Bell's Success Relies Heavily On Providing Excellent Customer Service. A General Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Dedicated To Ensuring That Every Customer Has A Positive Dining Experience.
