As the General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience and our team members feel motivated and supported.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  3. Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action when necessary.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and promoting employee morale.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  6. Monitor and control expenses, including inventory, labor costs, and waste management, to maximize profitability.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Maintain a high level of food quality and consistency by conducting regular food safety and quality checks.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
  11. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address concerns, and promote a positive work culture.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
  14. Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.
  15. Lead by example and uphold company values, including providing excellent customer service and promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
