Responsibilities: • Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner • Answer customers’ questions regarding menu items and pricing • Process payments accurately and efficiently • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment • Maintain accurate cash drawer and accurately account for all transactions • Assist in food preparation when needed • Follow all cash handling procedures and policies • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
