
Assistant General Manager

As the second in command, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our restaurant by assisting the General Manager in daily operations and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. - Assist the General Manager in all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including but not limited to, managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Help create and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall profitability of the restaurant.
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and development of team members to create a strong and cohesive team.
- Work closely with the General Manager to analyze financial reports and make recommendations for cost control and budget management.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and make recommendations to improve the restaurant's performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Uphold company values and standards, and ensure all team members are following them.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and ordering supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Candidate For An Assistant General Manager Position At Taco Bell Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Restaurant Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Fast-Paced Environment And Customer Service Skills Needed To Succeed In The Role.
Leadership Skills: As An Assistant General Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Train Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts.
