  1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  4. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to help them grow and improve.
  5. Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  7. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain proper stock levels and minimize waste.
  8. Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  9. Handle cash and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  12. Serve as a role model by adhering to company values and promoting a positive work culture.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  14. Support the General Manager in any other tasks or duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Management Experience: A Successful Assistant General Manager Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Fast Food Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Handle The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Restaurant.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Assistant General Manager, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management.   • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills: The Assistant General Manager Will Be Responsible For Handling Any Issues Or Challenges That Arise During Their Shift. They Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Make Quick And Effective Decisions To Keep The Restaurant Running Smoothly.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Taco Bell Is Known For Its Fast-Paced And High-Energy Environment.
