Vendor Manager

Conduct weekly CFFR calls with each OEM, manage planning sheet and action trackers. Development and delivery of reporting and weekly/monthly dashboards & metrics. Create and review with OEM monthly and quarterly scorecards. Develop rolling three-month financial forecast for repair, AWRE, and Extended Warranty programs. Initiate, develop and execute new Reverse Logistics initiatives with OEM(s). Audit, control and process all invoices and credit memos as required. Manage lifecycle on all products to identify the need for repair to support programs. Audit and drive improvements to repair disposition and overall program through cross-functional initiatives. Review and enforce contractual terms and service level expectations. Develop, document and communicate new processes as needed. Create and analyze ad-hoc program data/metrics. Leading communication and information sharing with other functional teams.
