We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sr. Vendor Manager to join our team at T-Mobile. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and optimizing value from vendors. You must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. As our Sr. Vendor Manager you will be a key driver of our success and we are excited to have you join us!Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field • 5+ years of experience in vendor management• Proven track record of successful vendor/supplier relationship management• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management principles• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to develop and adhere to budgets and timelines• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to optimize value from vendors • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and relationships • Analyze and monitor vendor performance to ensure contract requirements are met • Manage the vendor selection process, including the evaluation of vendor qualifications and proposals • Manage the vendor onboarding process • Monitor vendor compliance with established policies and procedures • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors • Analyze market trends and ensure the most cost-effective sources of goods and services • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction • Manage vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services • Develop and manage budgets and timelines • Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective vendor management • Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met • Ensure vendor compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
