Job Description

The Sr Program Manager, Sales Operations at T-Mobile is a critical role that leads the successful implementation of initiatives and programs that drive the overall sales operations strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly driven and experienced program manager who can take the lead on projects and programs that support the sales organization.This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering results and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate should have an ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure successful project and program delivery.Qualifications for this role include: a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 5+ years of program management experience; knowledge of sales operations processes and practices; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Additionally, the successful candidate should be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and have the ability to drive consensus and collaboration across the organization.
