Job Description

At T-Mobile, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Executive Security, who will be responsible for the safety and security of our senior executives and their families. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage resources and people. This role requires an individual with a high level of professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to develop strategies to mitigate security risks and threats. The successful applicant will have experience in risk assessment, security protocols, and emergency response. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the security services industry. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in executive protection and security management, as well as experience in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to mitigate security risks and threats for the safety and security of T-Mobile’s senior executives and their families.
  2. Manage resources and people to ensure efficient implementation of security protocols and emergency response.
  3. Proactively monitor and assess potential security risks.
  4. Ensure adherence to security protocols and company policies.
  5. Investigate security incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  7. Provide training and guidance to executive protection staff.
  8. Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  9. Liaise with local law enforcement and government agencies as necessary.
  10. Stay up to date on the latest security technologies and threats.
