T-Mobile is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Operational Insights Manager to join our team and help drive our mission of delivering the best wireless experience to our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a working knowledge of operational insights processes and experience managing data-driven projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve our operational insights, developing key insights, and providing recommendations to senior management.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least five years of experience in operational insights and project management. We’re looking for an analytical problem solver with a curious and creative mindset. You must have a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must also be a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills. If you have a passion for delivering the best customer experience possible, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to improve operational insights and identify key insights.
  2. Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven projects.
  3. Develop and manage data-driven projects.
  4. Analyze and solve operational insights challenges.
  5. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
  9. Monitor and evaluate operational insights processes.
  10. Research and implement best practices for operational insights.
