
Sr Manager, Integrated Retention Marketing
At T-Mobile, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Retention Marketing to lead our team in achieving our customer retention goals. This individual will have a deep understanding of the current marketing landscape, be a creative problem-solver, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in a customer retention marketing role and a deep knowledge of customer retention strategies and tactics. They should also have a track record of working across functions and leading teams to success, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure successful execution of customer retention initiatives.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate customer retention performance to stakeholders.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for customer retention strategies across the organization.
