Job Description

At T-Mobile, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Retention Marketing to lead our team in achieving our customer retention goals. This individual will have a deep understanding of the current marketing landscape, be a creative problem-solver, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in a customer retention marketing role and a deep knowledge of customer retention strategies and tactics. They should also have a track record of working across functions and leading teams to success, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Additionally, the Senior Manager of Integrated Retention Marketing must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.We are seeking a team player with a passion for making a difference and a “can-do” attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer retention strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.
  2. Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of customer retention initiatives.
  3. Monitor customer retention performance metrics and recommend areas for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on trends in the marketing landscape and use those insights to enhance customer retention strategies.
  5. Design customer journey maps and develop customer segmentation strategies.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer retention success.
  7. Analyze customer data and produce meaningful insights to inform customer retention strategies.
  8. Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure successful execution of customer retention initiatives.
  9. Create reports and presentations to communicate customer retention performance to stakeholders.
  10. Act as a thought leader and advocate for customer retention strategies across the organization.
