Job Description

Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for an opportunity to lead a team and drive commercial marketing initiatives at an innovative and customer-focused organization? If so, T-Mobile is looking for a Sr. Manager, Commercial Marketing to join our team!In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing commercial marketing programs and initiatives that are designed to grow and build the T-Mobile brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing, to ensure commercial objectives are met.To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on commercial marketing, and a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. In addition, you must be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree is required.If you have the necessary qualifications and are eager to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, lead, and execute commercial marketing programs and initiatives that are designed to grow and build the T-Mobile brand.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing, to ensure commercial objectives are met.
  3. Develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns within prescribed timelines.
  6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  8. Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
