
Sr. Director, Internal Communications & Platforms

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communication strategy to ensure that our employees are informed and engaged. You will be an integral member of the communications team, working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure our internal communications are timely, accurate and engaging.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. You should have extensive knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, employee communications and corporate communications. You should also have a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic internal communication plans. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of the dynamic digital and social media landscape and the ability to utilize a variety of digital platforms to reach internal audiences. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements. Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are essential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to ensure that our employees are informed and engaged.

- Write and edit content for internal communications, including emails, memos, newsletters, and other materials.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in employee engagement, employee communications, and corporate communications.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and quickly adapt to changing requirements.
- Manage budgets and timelines associated with internal communication projects.
- Act as a liaison between the communications team and other departments.
