Job Description

At T-Mobile, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr Contract Implementation Manager to join our team. We need an individual with great organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of contract management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the contract implementation process for our clients. We’re looking for a self-starter and a leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field• At least 5 years’ experience in contract implementation, contract management, or related field• Excellent negotiation and communication skills• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the contract implementation process for clients.
  2. Negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Utilize Microsoft Office and other related software to manage multiple projects.
  4. Solve problems and analyze data.
  5. Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of contract implementation.
  6. Monitor and manage performance of team members.
  7. Provide regular updates on progress of contract implementation.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  9. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  10. Attend relevant conferences and seminars to stay up to date on industry developments.
