Sr Analyst, Business Analysis

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Senior Analyst, Business Analysis to join T-Mobile's team and help drive our strategic initiatives forward. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Business Analysis and play a critical role in driving business decisions and improving our internal processes.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. They will have a solid understanding of data-driven decision making and an aptitude for developing innovative solutions.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement• Experience using databases and data visualization tools• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Self-starter with a strong results-driven orientation• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
