Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive for National Partner Solutions at T-Mobile. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key national partners, driving growth of T-Mobile’s product lines within their organizations, and developing and executing successful joint marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, and be a creative problem-solver with strong communication and negotiation skills. If you are passionate about creating and executing effective sales strategies, and have a strong customer service focus, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national partners, including overseeing all aspects of the sales and account management process.
  2. Identify and develop new opportunities for growth and revenue increase through strategic marketing campaigns.
  3. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with partners.
  4. Develop sales strategies and budgets to ensure maximum profitability.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing to ensure competitive advantage.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer retention.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launch and marketing campaigns.
  9. Prepare reports on sales progress and performance metrics.
