Responsibilities:

  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of T-Mobile products and services.

  8. Monitor customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Utilize customer feedback to enhance product offerings and features.
  10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
