  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that aligns with T-Mobile's brand and business goals.
  2. Identify and research potential sponsorship opportunities, including events, organizations, and influencers, that will enhance our brand image and reach our target audience.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure successful collaborations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.
  5. Manage the budget for sponsorships, tracking expenses and providing regular reports on ROI.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sponsorship strategy and identify new opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed of potential partnerships and industry events.
  8. Oversee the activation of sponsorships, ensuring that all marketing materials and activities align with brand messaging and guidelines.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the success of sponsorships, providing insights and recommendations for future partnerships.
  10. Represent T-Mobile at events and conferences, serving as a brand ambassador and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for sponsorships to support corporate social responsibility initiatives and community engagement.
  12. Continuously seek out innovative and creative ways to leverage sponsorships to elevate the T-Mobile brand and drive business growth.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards while representing T-Mobile and managing sponsorships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sponsorship Or Partnership Management, Preferably Within The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Brand Partnerships And The Ability To Develop And Execute Successful Sponsorship Strategies.

  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Maximizing Sponsorships To Drive Brand Awareness And Revenue Growth.
