Attention all experienced Sponsorship Managers! Are you a driven and dynamic individual with a passion for building and nurturing partnerships? T-Mobile is seeking a talented Sponsorships Manager to join our team and spearhead our sponsorship strategy. As the Sponsorships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and driving brand awareness through innovative and strategic sponsorships. If you have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing sponsorships, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to align with T-Mobile's overall business objectives.
  2. Identify and cultivate new sponsorship opportunities that align with T-Mobile's brand and target audience.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  4. Negotiate sponsorship deals and contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial for both T-Mobile and the sponsor.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sponsorship trends and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations and initiatives.
  7. Monitor and track sponsorship performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Develop creative and innovative sponsorship proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management to continuously improve T-Mobile's approach.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for T-Mobile at various sponsor events and represent the company in a professional manner.
  11. Effectively manage budget and resources allocated for sponsorships to maximize ROI.
  12. Communicate effectively with sponsors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sponsorship activations.
  13. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
  14. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to sponsorship management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sponsorships Or Partnerships Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Sponsorships Campaigns And Partnerships
