
Specialist, Fraud Operation
Perform account investigations and analysis and effectively analyze, compile, organize and interpret data from inbound cases. Responsible to handle inbound calls from customers regarding all aspects of fraud and ID theft and provide accurate and professional advice and assistance to victims of identity theft regarding future protection on personal credit, pursing law enforcement intervention and any applicable third party and Federal agencies of use to victims of Identity theft. Perform link analysis on confirmed fraud incidents in efforts to identify additional fraud risks on the network. Actively evaluate policy and processes and recommend policy and efficiency improvements. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
12 months prior experience in the wireless industry
Prior experience in fraud Investigation or closely related field preferred
Fluent Spanish a plus
