Job Description

Take the lead in implementing general logistics, virtual classroom / LMS functionality, ILT deployment and event management and communications to all levels of the organization. Implement and manage the virtual learning environment in Learning Management Systems. Support the deployment of new learning materials and support team readiness prior to launches. Send communication to participants and Executive sponsors, as needed. Implement training measurements via quizzes, surveys and certifications. Partners with the Program Manager for operations reviews and data readouts. DE&I development inbox management and feedback loops for program and process improvement. Respond to questions and re-directs as needed to Program Manager.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of coordination or HR experience

  • Proven knowledge of and/or experience in technical learning design standards & adult learning principles

  • Ability to transfer training materials, supplies to on site classrooms/storage

  • Strong ability to establish relationships and strategic alliances with management to implement change solutions
