  1. Develop and implement innovative talent strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current talent management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement leadership development programs.
  4. Provide expert guidance and consultation to senior leadership on talent management and organizational strategy.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent development and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's strategy.
  6. Lead the design, development, and delivery of talent-related initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  7. Partner with HR and other departments to identify key competencies and skills needed for various roles within the organization.
  8. Utilize data and metrics to measure the success and impact of talent strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  10. Coach and mentor junior members of the talent strategy team and provide guidance on their professional development.
  11. Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure alignment between talent strategy and recruitment efforts.
  12. Communicate talent strategy initiatives and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  13. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of talent programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization.
  14. Proactively identify potential talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  15. Act as a change agent and drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Strategy Consulting, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Talent Strategies To Attract, Retain, And Develop Top Talent.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Market Trends And Best Practices In Talent Acquisition, Development, And Retention.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Juggle Multiple Projects And Priorities While Meeting Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
