  1. Lead and develop a team of product managers to drive the strategic direction of our eCommerce products.
  2. Develop and implement product roadmap and strategy to ensure customer needs are met and revenue goals are achieved.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  5. Set and track product performance metrics and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  6. Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch to retirement, ensuring products are meeting customer needs and staying competitive.
  7. Act as a champion for the customer, using customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive product success.
  9. Stay updated on eCommerce industry developments and incorporate best practices into product management processes.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Ecommerce Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Products And Features.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Trends And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Digital Marketing And Analytics.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Strategic Initiatives.
