  3. Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential partners and vendors to ensure compatibility with T-Mobile's standards and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements for contracts.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, communicating and representing T-Mobile's interests to partners and vendors.
  6. Oversee the review and preparation of contract documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to T-Mobile's policies and procedures.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate contract performance to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to contract negotiation and management.
  10. Foster strong relationships with partners and vendors, and maintain a positive reputation for T-Mobile in the business community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Contract Negotiation, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating Complex Contracts And Agreements.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Contract Negotiations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
